from our side, we can see that the HYC is online and the BACKEND is accessible. The default username for login into the Web Interface is ADMIN. The PASSWORD is the MAC ADDRESS of the charger, which you can find following these steps:

-Get Charger Web Interface Password

-Insert the charger’s serial number

-Click on ‘Get Password’

If the technician is on-site, he can find the MAC ADDRESS as well on the backplate indicated in the image.
